    • Went by Foster during lifetime. Worked as a stone mason, usually with father, Elmer Carr Nay. Family knew him to be a kind person, liked to kid with younger brothers and sisters. Close pal to sister Delia. Never married. Worked in sugar factory in Sugar City, Idaho, where ruptured his bowel while lifting a large bag of sugar. Died in hospital in Salt Lake after surgery, his mother Charlotte Jane Nay at his side, who brought him home to be buried in Monroe City Cemetery.
